We recently purchased our first home with the help of Cosmo. He was the seller's agent but we liked him so much, we decided to use him to represent us, too. The house was a short sale and there was zero chance we could have done it without his help. He worked very hard to get the deal done as quick and smoothly as possible. We gave the overall experience a 5 star because the communication with Cosmo was excellent and whenever we talked with him for an update, we always left the call feeling comfortable and confident it would get done. The seller's lenders certainly didn't make it easy on Cosmo but he stayed positive and proactive and the deal got done. I want to tell you what a pleasure it is working with you. I really appreciate you responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. It often seems to me that many realtors have forgotten the common courtesies. The home inspection has been completed. I have recommended to the buyer that a termite inspection be done even though no live termites were sighted. I will keep you posted on his response.

This is the letter I sent to the chairman of Realty Executives!!! 

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Dolores Wilson of realty executives in st. Petersburg, Florida really is.  I wanted to buy a weekend home in St. Pete...I was looking at foreclosures since I had some cash in the bank...buy budget was around 45k.  I contacted several real estate agents and they NEVER called me back.  I did finally get hold of one, and we went on a couple of trips to look, but she told me that I had to have patience and to stop emailing her all these houses....needless to say; I dropped her like a hot potato!  Then I found Dolores....from the time I met her....I knew she was going to be great!  She set me up on the website and gave me daily reports of houses in the area.  Once she knew that I was an artist....she said...Then we need to look at Gulfport!....I love Gulfport now...it’s just where I wanted to be.  We must have looked at 30 to 40 houses until we found the right one!...not once did Dolores complain...she treated me as if I were buying a million dollar home!....not only did I get the house that I wanted, but I got a new friend in Dolores....I just wanted you to know that you have a wonderful employee...and I would do business again with Realty Executives......thank you Dolores....Michael A Nagy
